Dovea Genetics at the National Dairy Show

Dovea Genetics will be exhibiting at the National Dairy Show on Friday and Saturday next, the 21st and 22nd of October. This is a return to the live event following a three-year absence.

The National Dairy Show promises to be a great day or days out for all spectators from those that are involved daily in farming or for those who have an interest or want to know more about what goes in in the Irish dairy industry. The NDS coincides with the launch of Dovea Genetics’ latest catalogue, the Elite Production Sires 2022/2023 which is very apt. This catalogue shows the range of sires that we have from both black & white and red & white pedigree Holstein sires. Many of the sires are from cow families with consistent proven production and components with many being daughter proven also. Many of our KI Samen sires also have aAa scores which will entice many to use them on females to improve functionality.

We are also currently running an online competition to win sexed dairy straws from a bull of your choice. Make sure to enter on our social media platforms to be in with the chance of winning.
